This is barely even original. You literally took the first few seconds of Childhood Memories Of Winter (by RickVanMan) and remixed it multiple times to make it longer. I hope that you make more original music for Newgrounds or something.
But it sounds good TBH, so 3/5.
To be honest, I arranged this piece with my very limited knowledge back in 2009 and just grabbed a few samples from libraries I had back then. Since then, I learned quite a bit and am doing original arrangements and compositions exclusively. The guy you mentioned that had a similar sounding song probably did the same but in a more sophisticated and less amateurish way like me.
